These are the best I've used. I swim 45 minutes, 6 days per week. I've tried every model, design and brand of ear plugs and Tyr soft ear plugs are the best value. They are the most comfortable and effective for keeping water out of my ears during continuous lap swim. They last longest, if your ear is freshly cleaned and dried. Typically I will go through a pair a week, about 6.5 hours of heavy swimming, and then I toss them and get a new pair.
