I like this clip for swimming free or breaststroke. Not great for back, would recommend trying other varieties. Easy to put on, but eventually the clip breaks in half (expect to use them over 50 times but under 150 times, can usually tell it is getting a bit stretchy).

in workouts works best for me, stays on, is tight but not severely tight, eventually will break (used 100 to 200 work outs). would not use in a competitive environment.
